Certified Restorer (CR)
Through the Restoration Industry Association, the Certified Restorer (CR) Certification Program focuses on damage repair and raising committed restorers to a higher level of professional ability and is widely recognized as the pre-eminent training program in damage repair.

Certified Mold Remediator (CMR)
Highest level of certification for mold remediation experts awarded by the Indoor Air Quality Association (IAQA). The CMR training and coursework recognizes professionals who meet the highest standards identifying and removing indoor microbiological contaminants.
Quality Restoration Vendor (QRV)
ServiceMaster by Mistick has attained the highest quality certification in the disaster response, restoration and reconstruction business. We are the only ServiceMaster in the State of Pennsylvania with a QRV Level III certification. This certification provides us with a high standard of disaster response that is consistent coast-to-coast and from vendor to vendor.
Certified Vortex Drying System
A special type of drying system that is considered non-destructive (in-place) for Category I and II type losses.
Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certified
To qualify for IICRC-Certified Firm status, businesses must demonstrate proof of insurance, maintain a written customer complaint policy with documented follow-up and provide ongoing certification education and training for all technicians. Certifications within IICRC include Fire and Smoke Restoration, Odor Control and Water Restoration.
Journeymen Restoration Technicians
Completed a series of Restoration Industry Association (RIA) certified related courses and work experience in the restoration field.
Certified Business Continuity Profession (CBCP)
A CBCP as administered by the Disaster Recovery Institute (DRI) is granted to individuals with years of applied business continuity management and have passed DRI’s qualifying exam.
 
Gold Certification
The 2008 ABC National Safety Training & Education Process (STEP) is for companies that practice a specified process in safety awareness.
Certified Home Improvement Contractor (PA4373)
In 2008, the Pennsylvania Legislature passed the Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act. The law requires that all contractors who perform at least $5,000 worth of home improvements per year register with the Attorney General's Office.
 
Applied Thermography
Individual training in the use of specialized thermal imaging equipment as awarded by Restoration Consultants, Inc.
